Product description

HILL is an armrest-less modular sofa. The backrest is built from separate, softly rounding cushions that rise behind the seat as individual arcs and together draw a low, undulating top line. The whole form rests close to the floor, on a low and stable base.

The seat is full: it gives softly but keeps its poise. Rounded edges and a continuous surface make sitting down immediate — you settle into the sofa with your full weight. The upholstery follows the curves of the forms closely and emphasises their softness.

As a modular sofa, HILL is free to adapt to the space. Separate parts form a straight row, a longer whole, or a looser composition, and the absence of armrests keeps the line open from every direction. The configuration lives with the space and the need.

Materials

The frame of the Deverk is made of plywood and softwood – materials that retain their shape year after year. The seat's base suspension is based on no-sag springs, which guarantee even and long-lasting support across the entire width of the sofa.
The layered construction of HR35/HR25 foam combined with a feather mixture creates a seating experience that is both soft and supportive. The backrest cushions are filled with a feather mixture – they adapt to the body's contours and return lightly when fluffed.

The collection's standard upholstery is a washable synthetic fiber fabric, designed for active everyday use. All upholsteries are removable and easy to care for. If desired, you can also choose wool, linen, cotton, or genuine leather – the fabric is what gives your sofa its final character.

Each Deverk is manufactured entirely in Finland, from high-quality materials. Responsibly and with care – because a good sofa deserves it.
