Right to Return and Exchange

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. Shopping in our online store is safe, and our customers always have a 14-day right to exchange and return according to Finnish consumer protection law. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and all its parts, including packaging and instructions for use, are intact.

Returned products must be carefully packed in their original shipping packaging or protected in a similar manner. If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us by email > asiakaspalvelu@deverk.fi

However, please note the following:

Custom-made or upholstered products are not covered by the right of return.
Large products, such as furniture weighing over 35 kg, delivered as home delivery, are not eligible for free returns. We reserve the right to deduct transport costs incurred from the return from the refunded amount. 

Return Process

Pack the products carefully; as a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the return arrives to us intact and in its original condition. The return will be inspected at our warehouse before a refund is issued.

If you wish to exchange a product for another, please contact our customer service. Damaged or faulty products must be reported within 3 business days by email or phone. We primarily replace a faulty product or one damaged in transit with a new, equivalent product. If this is not possible, we will refund the payment in full.

Refunds

Within the statutory 14-day return period, we will issue refunds to the original payment method (bank, card, invoice, or installment payment). The payment will be refunded in full or in part, depending on the number of products returned.
